Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Our cotton products are natural fabric; slight variation in colour shade between screens and the actual product is normal and not a defect.
• We try to keep all product information accurate, but minor errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update prices and offers at any time.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders over WhatsApp/phone before dispatch.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is incomplete, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we refund you in full to your original payment method.

Payments

We accept payment online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.

Shipping

Standard shipping is ₹80 per order and free on orders of 2 or more pieces. Orders are typically delivered in 5–8 business days. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

Replacements

We offer replacement for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please see our Replacement Policy for full details and timelines.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ganj Basoda, Madhya Pradesh.
