Replacement Policy

We want you to love your cotton salwar. Because each piece is made and priced honestly at factory rates, we offer free replacement for any item that reaches you damaged, defective, or incorrect.
When you can request a replacement
- The item arrived damaged or torn.
- The item has a manufacturing defect (stitching, fabric fault).
- You received the wrong colour or wrong product.
How to request a replacement
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 73891 78446 or email swajan1008@gmail.com.
- Please share your order number and a clear photo or unboxing video showing the issue. An unboxing video helps us resolve damage claims fastest.
- Once we confirm the issue, we arrange a free replacement of the same item at no extra cost.
If a replacement isn't possible
If the same item is out of stock and we cannot replace it, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (Razorpay refund for prepaid orders; bank transfer for COD orders). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
What's not covered
- We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or minor colour-shade differences between screen and fabric (natural cotton varies slightly).
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used, or that are missing tags, are not eligible.
- Need a different size? Message us on WhatsApp before ordering — we'll guide you, and for custom sizes we make it for you.
